Gentle Yoga Flow with Sound Healing 10-week Session!
Starting Monday, August 15th to October 17th 2022
Mondays 6:00 – 7:15PM
Start your week off great and unwind with sound healing and gentle and restorative yoga. This stress-busting class will begin with a few minutes of sound meditation with beautiful sounds of Tibetan singing bowls to help you settle in and will culminate with 15 to 20 minutes of sound Healing with various instruments, such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, drum, ocean drum, chimes, and more. This Monday night treat will leave you feeling peaceful and will benefit your mind, body, and spirit! Modifications will be offered for your needs.
