Gentle Flow Yoga with Sound Healing
Mondays 6PM – 7:15PM
Join Diana on Mondays for some feel good yoga with relaxing, therapeutic yoga sequences to reduce stress, release tension, and benefit your back, shoulders, hips, and more. Classes will include gentle sequences on your back, standing, and a few slow sun salutations. No Down Dogs for you, no problem! Diana is an intuitive, compassionate, and skilled teacher that offers modifications and options that will work for you. Classes will also include beautiful healing sounds with various sound healing instruments and sound healing music, turning your Monday night into a retreat to benefit your sleep and week. This class will nourish and restore you from head to toe!

This 10-week session begins Monday, August 23rd and is limited to 12 students. Preregistration is required and students must be vaccinated for COVID. Please wear a mask to class.
Please bring a yoga mat and yoga strap or a regular belt.
