Gentle Yoga Flow with Sound Healing!
Starting Monday, January 3rd
TWO class time options:
Mondays 4:00 – 5:15PM
Mondays 6:00 – 7:15PM
Start your week off taking great care of YOU with some relaxing and therapeutic yoga sequences to benefit your whole body! This stress-busting class will begin with a few minutes of sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls to help you settle in and will culminate with 15 to 20 minutes of sound Healing with beautiful instruments, such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, drum, ocean drum, chimes, and more. This Monday night treat will benefit your sleep and your week. You’ll feel nourished from head to toe! YOU MATTER and options and modifications will be offered for your needs. All-levels welcome! If you are interested, please register soon to save your spot! Drop-ins are welcome, but only if there’s room; this class usually fills up!
Students must be vaccinated for COVID and wear a mask to, during, and after class. If possible, please bring a yoga mat, yoga strap or a regular belt, and any other props you would like. We do have some mats and props for your use.
