Gentle Yoga Flow with Sound Healing SUMMER 8-week Session!

Mondays 4:00 – 5:15PM
Mondays 6:00 – 7:15PM
Give yourself a summer retreat every Monday! Start your week off taking great care of YOU with some relaxing and therapeutic yoga sequences and restorative yoga to benefit your whole body. This stress-busting class will begin with a few minutes of sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls to help you settle in and will culminate with 15 to 20 minutes of sound Healing with beautiful instruments, such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, drum, ocean drum, chimes, and more. This Monday night treat will benefit your sleep and your week. You’ll feel nourished from head to toe! YOU MATTER and options and modifications will be offered for your needs. All-levels welcome!
